Cookies and browser storage

The short version: Krealo CRM uses no advertising or tracking cookies, neither ours nor third parties'. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What we store, by name

What the CRM keeps in your browser is what it takes for your session and preferences to survive a reload. It is listed with the real names so you can check it yourself in the developer tools:

  • The session, handled by Firebase Authentication so you are not asked for your password on every visit.
  • `crm_idioma` — chosen language. `theme` — light or dark.
  • `current_org_id` and `nav_semilla:<id>` — which workspace you were in and what menu to draw while it loads, so it does not jump.
  • `auth_ultimo_metodo` and `auth_ultimo_correo` — how you signed in last time, to offer it first.
  • Screen preferences: filters, columns, sorting and the “only mine” toggle in Leads, Contacts, Deals, Calendar, SMS and the dashboard.
  • `crm_push` — whether you accepted browser notifications.

All of that stays in your browser

Those preferences do not travel to any analytics server and are not cross-referenced with anything. If you clear the site data they disappear and the CRM returns to its defaults: you lose none of your work, only how you had the screen set up.

The exception: Google Analytics

If a workspace administrator connects Google Analytics, they connect it to THEIR own GA4 property to see traffic to their landing pages. That connection is their decision, the data is theirs and Google's terms also apply. Without that connection, there is no analytics of any kind here.

How to remove it

By clearing the site data from your browser. Note that this also signs you out, because the session lives there.
