Terms of service

Account and workspace

Using the CRM requires an account. Each account works inside one or more workspaces, and in each one it has a role that decides what it can see and do.

You are responsible for your credentials and for who you invite into your workspace. If you believe someone got in without permission, tell us as soon as possible.

Plans, trial and billing

• The CRM Pro plan includes the full CRM. The Email, SMS and AI add-ons are subscribed separately.
• New workspaces start with a 14-day trial. When it ends, if there is no active subscription, access to paid features closes; your data is not deleted because of that.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. Prices are shown excluding taxes unless stated otherwise, and taxes apply according to your location.
• The subscription renews per period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Your data is yours

The content you put into your workspace is yours. We do not use it for anything other than providing the service, we do not sell it and we do not train models with it.

You can export it while the account is active, and request it before closing.

Acceptable use

Krealo CRM may not be used to:

• Send communications to people who have not consented, or bypass opt-outs. If you use SMS or email, complying with the anti-spam law that applies to you is your responsibility.
• Store data you have no right to process.
• Attempt to reach other workspaces or the infrastructure, or deliberately overload it.
• Resell access without a written agreement.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise an uptime percentage unless we have signed one separately. We perform maintenance, and when it may be noticeable we give notice.

The service is provided “as is”. We depend on third parties — Google Cloud, Stripe, Twilio and others — and an outage of theirs can affect us.

Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

None of this limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk, giving notice unless urgency prevents it.

You may close your account at any time. On closure, your data is handled as the privacy policy says.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, and the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction.

Changes
