How Krealo CRM works

KREALO CRM

This guide explains what each module is for, how to use the CRM day to day, and how to organize contacts, sales, team, support, and billing.

Main modules

1. Contacts and companies

In simple mode you work with Contacts and the Company field. In B2B mode you can enable Companies to manage accounts with multiple people inside the same business.

2. Leads

Leads help you capture early opportunities before converting them into a more structured sales process. Here you track source, estimated value, and status.

3. Deals

When an opportunity becomes real, convert it into a deal. From there you can track value, stage, related contact, and expected close date.

4. Pipeline

Pipeline gives you a visual view of opportunities. Move deals across stages to see exactly where each sale is in the process.

5. Team and workspaces

Each workspace has its own team. A user can belong to multiple workspaces and switch between them from the top bar. Permissions are assigned by role in Team.

6. Landing pages and public URLs

Create pages with AI, publish by slug, and share a public URL immediately. You can also configure a custom domain for client-facing pages.

7. A/B variants and domain verification

Generate headline/CTA variants automatically and track which version each visitor sees. Domain DNS and SSL verification are available from Integrations.

8. Integrations and Stripe Connect

Connect providers from one place. For landing commerce, Stripe Connect onboarding and status sync let clients use their own Stripe account and payouts.

9. API webhooks (WordPress and more)

Send events to ingestApiWebhook with your API key. Lead events can be created directly in CRM from WordPress forms and external systems.

10. Billing and add-ons

The base plan is billed per user (monthly or annual). Email, SMS, and AI add-ons can be enabled separately, with trial support for selected add-ons.

11. Billing timeline and traceability

Billing status surfaces checkout and portal actions while webhook sync updates subscription state. This keeps payment operations auditable in one place.

12. Settings and security

In Settings you can edit workspace data, account information, CRM mode, and security. Role-based access controls modules and billing operations.

13. Support

The Support section lets you create tickets, request billing help, or contact support directly. This centralizes team incidents inside the CRM.
